Summary

This is the first Agatha Christie book I have read in maybe 30 years。 Not sure if I think Agatha Christie really holds up， what you notice are so many ways that people are characterized in a demeaning sterotyped fashion。 Worth reading if you want to get a sense of the shorthand reference people used。

This is my first Agatha Christie and I’m not disappointed。 To really enjoy this classic “who done it” you must cast aside practicalities and logic and go along with this fun tale。 Does it seem all to convenient the way it is set up？ Yes absolutely。 But who cares！ Murder on the Orient Express is an easy read that had me guessing and chuckling throughout。
